Prescription sunglasses and frames fitted with a prescription are customised for you, you cannot return prescription orders.

Extended Christmas Returns

We are extending our returns period for any order placed from 13/11/2023 until 16/01/2023. This is to help those who are gifting eyewear over the festive season. Our returns policy is still the same as below. We will only accept returns that are unworn and have all the items supplied to you on delivery. Anybody wanting to return where your 30 day standard returns policy will take you past the 16/01/2023 will be able to still return past the 16th January. Discounted sunglasses run a NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY for added peace of mind.

UK returns are free at Discounted Sunglasses. You must use a free returns postage label supplied by Discounted Sunglasses.

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

Return your product(s) for exchange or refund quibble free as long as the product is unworn and in its original case and box. Terms for exchanges or returns listed below.

 

30 DAY RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at support@discountedsunglasses.co.uk to confirm you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.

Prescription sunglasses and frames fitted with a prescription are customised for you, you cannot return prescription orders. Products supplied in a cellophane wrapper (such as contact lenses) can only be returned for refund or exchange if the cellophane wrapper remains intact and in a resalable condition.

 

30 DAY EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your purchase you must contact us by e-mail within 15 days of receipt at support@discountedsunglasses.co.uk to confirm you wish to exchange your purchase. You then have another 15 days to return the item(s) to us in their original condition. To exchange an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box.

Please contact us by e-mail at support@discountedsunglasses.co.uk or by calling our customer services team on 01376 525190 if you wish to exchange so we can discuss your exchange. UK exchanges are free at Discounted Sunglasses. You must use a free returns postage label and returns form supplied by Discounted Sunglasses to qualify for free exchanges.

 

FREE RETURNS LABEL

UK returns are free at Discounted Sunglasses. If you require a returns label from us, simply call us on 01376 525190 (9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday) or email us at support@discountedsunglasses.co.uk, and we can arrange to have one emailed to you.

We will not refund return costs where the customer has used alternative methods to return an item unless previously agreed by us in an email.

 

REFUNDS

Once a return is received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of the item being received, typically 48 hours.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot alter, amend or divert the shipment until it has either been delivered, whereupon you have up to 30 days to return for exchange or refund as per the terms above, or, the item(s) has been returned-to-sender and is in our possession.
