Discounted Sunglasses are aware that the delivery of the item is a vital part of the purchase process. Therefore for the UK and Northern Ireland you can choose the fastest, most reliable and cost-effective services, which can be seen below. All orders that are placed will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3:30PM (GMT London) Mon-Fri excluding UK Bank Holidays. All of our UK delivery options are tracked and insured (amount depends on service chosen) for added peace of mind. We email your tracking code for you to track your parcel to your door. However, this can sometimes take up to 24 hours to start tracking. 

At Discounted Sunglasses, we offer international shipping at affordable prices. Our standard international service is provided by Spring Global Mail. This offers a trackable service. You may track your service on the Spring Global website. Please note some countries don't offer a fully tracked service to your door. However, you can see the dispatch from our warehouse to your local postal service. All orders through this option are delivered by your local postal service and may have to be collected from one of their delivery offices if you missed your delivery like with any other parcel delivery. This service is insured and a signature or acceptance scan is required as proof of receipt. 

Royal Mail International delivery is available on request for those wishing to use this service. Please note we do not have this option at checkout so we require you to contact us.

Please note that our International delivery cut off time is earlier than our UK cut off time. We also cannot make any changes to your delivery, such as address, safe place or date once your order has been dispatched. We do not deliver the product ourselves. Instead, we use trusted and efficient curriers to deliver your items.

COVID-19 Update

The health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers is paramount, especially at this current time. Therefore, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff while still keeping our operations running smoothly, so your order will be dispatched as usual.

The minimal staff dealing with orders are following government guidelines and practising the highest level of hygiene possible. We are constantly working with our curriers, communicating and complying to their procedures to ensure that our orders are fulfilled safely. We are monitoring this constantly.

Currently our orders are being fulfilled as normal, minus the Next Day Before 1pm service. We are offering this service as a faster delivery service but Royal Mail cannot guarantee the time frame. Please be patient as once we ship your order time frames are then under the discretion of Royal Mail. If you order before 3:30pm, we will dispatch it the same day, Mon-Fri excluding UK Bank Holidays for our UK orders. If our website says it is in stock, we have it on our premises to be delivered to you. No restriction.

We do ask that you be patient at this time if you have returned your item. Lower staff numbers may slow down the speed we can deal with returns and exchanges compared to normal.
