Discounted Sunglasses are aware that the delivery of the item is a vital part of the purchase process. Therefore for the UK and Northern Ireland we offer the fastest and most reliable and cost effective service which is the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service as well as our standard Royal Mail Tracked service. Further details of our delivery service are as follows:
- Standard rate for postage in the UK and Northern Ireland is FREE using Royal Mail Tracked service and delivery is 2-3 working days from dispatch
- Reduced price of £2.50 to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day
- All orders placed before 10AM will be shipped same day, after that the shipment will be made the following working day.
- Orders placed on Friday 90% of the time will still arrive on Saturday although this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail
- Online tracking is available, the tracking number will be emailed to you after the item is shipped or please contact us for further information.
- Tracking is done all the way to the door for this service.
- Items are insured, amounts depends upon the service used.
- For International Orders we use Royal Mail's Overseas service; this service is traceable, and enables our clients to see that the package has been passed from the UK to their respective country for delivery. Upon request, we supply a traceable number that is used on the Royal Mail website - this service is NOT a tracking service, it will not give a step-by-step location, however it will give details of when the package was dispatched and if it has been passed to the overseas country for delivery. Your national postal service then takes over the delivery and the tracking number transferred so you can look up the parcel on their website also or further tracking is available here The service is insured and a signature required upon delivery for proof of receipt.
The current cost we charge for shipping by International Signed for is £7 in the EU and £9 for Outside of the EU, the USA and worldwide.
